Категория - чтобы было легче искать потом.
URL для редиректа - это конечный адрес, куда будет идти перенаправление.
Описание - это для себя, чтобы потом вспомнить для чего вы его создали)
Статус - вкл/выкл.
Дата завершения - до какой даты будет активен редирект.
Лимит переходов - кол-во переходов по ссылке-редиректу.
URL после достижения лимита - можно задать URL адрес куда будет направляться посетитель, если сработает лимит: по дате или кол-ву переходов.
Вот такие несложные настройки.
После сохранения, появиться ещё одно поле - это кол-во переходов.
